While so much attention is placed on birth itself, the vital art of restorative care in the weeks that follow is often overlooked. This care is essential for your long-term wellbeing.

    Together, we’ll explore your questions, intentions, and needs for this sacred season of life. We will discuss the four pillars of postpartum care - Rest, Nourishment, Herbs, and Massage - and how to weave them gently into your daily routine.

    You’ll receive practical guidance on integrating healing recipes, herbal support, self-massage, and lifestyle practices tailored to your unique needs. You were never meant to navigate this time alone; with support, you can embrace this season fully and create the foundations for long-term health and vitality.

  • If you’re not looking to commit to the full NOURISH packages, you can enjoy the restorative benefits of Abhyanga massage as a standalone option.

    I offer a bundle of 3 Abhyanga sessions to be used within 3 months. Abhyanga is particularly powerful when received multiple times in close succession. For those in the immediate postpartum period, I recommend scheduling the sessions consecutively to support optimal restoration.
